Mechanical job is a good stream of engineering. Be it HVAC systems, manufacturing plants, industrial set up, robotics, air craft, medical equipments and machinery, water crafts etc requires a mechanical engineer to design and fix the machinery. Installation of these devices, helping understand the dynamics of its working and fixing up problems is part of their profile. They are also involved in analysing the different materials used for the machines and their tolerances, investigate the different energy sources and the power they generate and the design problems if any.
In industrial set up, huge machinery requires in house engineers to be present at the factory round the clock in order to ensure proper functioning of the machinery. Default machinery can be risky and can claim lives of several employees. They are also needed to fix the problems of the forklifts, trailers which are used to load and unload merchandise to elevated platforms and scaffoldings. Even a slight mistake or improper maintenance of these machines will be dangerous when there is a need to take inclinations at elevated area.
HVAC System:
HVAC system can function well and prove to be efficient only if it is installed rightly and maintained well. A leaky duct, improperly maintained heating furnace, wrong choice of lighting and cooling system may not be energy efficient. These may increase your electric bills as they consume more power than usual. Besides they may hamper work at office and can be noisy at times.
